- 500 points = 10-minute call (live or virtual)
- 1200 points = 30 minute call (live or virtual)

* Points can only be redeemed in the increments listed above.

** You can only carry a balance of 6,000 points maximum.

*** 4800 points maximum can be redeemed each 24-hour period (2 hours/120 minutes maximum of free time may be used per day – 10 minute minimum still applies) .
